1, Can you accept OEM orders?

Yes, OEM orders are welcome but price can be lower if you are willing to use our brand.

2, Can we get free samples before placing orders?

Sorry, as per our policy, the sample charges will be deducted when you place orders.

3, To which countries are your products exported?

Until now our products have been exported to more than 30 overseas countries mainly by OEM orders,

 including Germany,UK,France, Spain,Italy,Switzerland,,Brazil,Australia, Russia, Poland, Singapore,

Malaysia,etc.

4, What is MOQ of your factory?

     For samples,we donot make rule for Moq,order Moq will be different according Lumilux standard.

5, How long is your delivery time?

Normally it takes 10-12 working days for production depending on different quantities.

6, What payment terms can you accept?

T/T,L/C,West Union will be accept.

(1).For samples,100% T/T in advance is preferred.

(2).For regular order,30%-50% T/T in advance and the balance before delivery is preferred.

7, How long is your warranty and how to perform the warranty?
